Hopewell Plantation is an established, family-oriented community located in one of the most desirable and convenient areas in the City of Milton. Our community is comprised of 65 beautiful estates, governed by the Hopewell Plantation HOA Covenants and Bylaws. HOA membership is mandatory. Hopewell Plantation is located north of Alpharetta, GA 30004. Construction ranges from original custom homes beginning in 1991 by Atlanta Custom Builders, to new construction today.
The new homeowner initiation fee is $400, and annual assessments of $400 are due annually on the first of January.
